SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Director Tanya N. Garfield of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Disaster Field Operations Center-West today announced the opening of its Disaster Loan Outreach Center to meet the needs of businesses and individuals who were affected by severe winter storms, flooding, landslides and mudslides that occurred Dec. 27, 2022 - Jan. 31, 2023. The center will be located at the Solvang Superior Court beginning Thursday, March 2 in Solvang. The deadline to apply for property damage is March 16, 2023. The deadline to apply for economic injury is Oct. 16, 2023.
