PUBLIC NOTICE: Nyborg Estates Waterline Replacement Project Update
The project continues to progress on schedule and is moving forward smoothly. We are pleased to provide this update on the ongoing work and look forward to successfully completing this im-portant Utility CIP project for the residents of the Nyborg Estates neighborhood and the City of Solvang.
Project Updates
• Water tie-ins: Tierra Contracting anticipates completing all water-infrastructure tie-ins prior to the Thanksgiving holiday (Thanksgiving is Thursday, November 27, 2025).
• Road restoration: In the two weeks following Thanksgiving, the contractor will complete asphalt restoration throughout the neighborhood.
• Property restoration: Crews will also restore personal property (e.g., landscaping, hardscape, and other affected features) to pre-project condition.
