Grant Funding Application Information

The Solvang City Council recognizes the importance of human service organizations, programs and events that serve community residents. As part of the annual budget process and financial plan development, the City Council may consider appropriation of such funds as it deems prudent and reasonable to award grants to non-profit community service organizations. The grant funding process will occur every December 1st through January 31st of each year. Grant funding is based on available funds and is not guaranteed. Only complete application packets will be accepted during the application process. The City will prioritize funding for Solvang citizen services, senior citizen services, Veterans, youth and minors with disabilities and programs and events that serve the Solvang community specifically.
