Review the cards below to find the checklist that best fits your project. After completing the checklist, submit electronically per the City’s Electronic Submittals Handout. Projects requiring stormwater review must include the Construction/Post-Construction Stormwater Packet.
Commercial/Mixed-Use – Minor Permit
Interior/exterior TI (no site improvements) and changes of occupancy/use.
Residential – New Construction
New SFR, new multi-family, conversions to residential, ADUs/JADUs, and residential additions.
Residential – Pool & Spa
Residential pool or spa installations (barriers, safety devices, equipment).
Residential – Minor/Remodel
Remodels and small projects, conversions (e.g., garage/sunroom), deed-restricted workshop/studio, or conversion to ADU/JADU.
Other Structures
Patio covers/porches, pergolas, retaining walls, sheds, and other on-site improvements.
Parking Lot Repaving/Re-striping
Repaving or restriping existing parking lots, accessibility and path-of-travel updates.
