Overview
Applications for water and sewer service can be submitted in person at City Hall, mailed or emailed at least one business day (Monday through Friday, no weekends or city observed holidays) before services can be turned on. Please note, all applications must include a copy of the photo ID.

Residential Property Owners: As of July 9th, 2024, the City will no longer accept Tenant Applications per Ordinance 24-0375. Utility service must be in the property owner's name. Please click here: Residential Property Owner's Application.

Please allow one business day for the request to be processed. Service date must be a future business day (No weekends or holidays) we cannot back date the service date. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the City to cancel services.
