The 1704 Mission Hotel and Cottages is located at the corner southeast corner of Alisal Road and Mission Drive. The proposed project was approved by the DRC in August 2023, and by the Planning Commission in December 2023. The applicant, SBID Construction broke ground on the project in late December 2023 after obtaining building and grading permits from the city. Construction is anticipated to last approximately 12 to 18 months.
